The Fastest Way to Make Homemade Ketchup.  Don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen? Having trouble figuring out what is healthy and what isn’t? I don’t know a child that doesn’t love ketchup. In my house, my kids add ketchup to everything they can find. Unfortunately, after reading the ingredient label I quickly realized it wasn’t the best for them and had to come up with an alternative.

Store bought ketchup has a high amount of High fructose corn syrup. Unfortunately, high-fructose corn syrup is an ingredient found in just about everything: soft drinks, salad dressing, cereal, the list goes on and on. HFCS has a higher amount of fructose, which is bad. Fructose tells a part of our brains that we are hungry. So, the more HFCS we eat, the more we want to eat.  The alarming truth is that is just the beginning of what High-Fructose Corn Syrup will do to your health and body. Check out the list below.

The entire family has been sick free for almost 7 months now.  Honestly, I wouldn’t have believed it had I not seen the overall health improvement of our entire family. Ingredients
  1. 1 (15 oz.) can of Organic Tomato Sauce
  2. 2 (12 oz.) cans of Organic Tomato Paste
  3. 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  4. 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  5. 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  6. 1/2 cup water
  7. 1 tsp. Pink Himalayan Salt
  8. 2 tbsp. of Sweet Leaf Stevia
Instructions
  1. Put the ingredients in a bowl and blend well with a hand blender.
  2. Place into a ketchup bottle and put in the refrigerator overnight to let the flavors blend.
  3. Make sure to shake well before using.
  4. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. This will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
