Bacon Wrapped BBQ Chicken.  Summer is here and we are all busy firing up the grill. Whether you are looking for a quick Father’s Day recipe or something to take to the next cook out, today’s recipe is perfect. This recipe is so delicious and easy to make. Yes, it has delicious bacon wrapped around it to add the perfect touch.  You can make this on the grill or the oven in a few easy steps.

Throughout the past year, I have had lots of people ask me how I lost weight. When I tell them about Clean Eating, they automatically change their facial expression in disappointment. Honestly, I know that look because that was the same look I had when people talked to me about Clean Eating.

When people hear the words “clean eating”, they automatically think bland, tasteless food.  That is furthest thing from the truth. This past week, I have been talking about bacon. Bacon is one of those delicious foods we can’t live without in our home. My kids love it and we incorporate it in our cooking at least three times a week.

Did you know that bacon is one of those yummy foods you can enjoy in Clean Eating? It is one of our favorite foods and a great way to add some healthy fat in our daily food intake. Check out all the yumminess we have cooking up in our kitchen.

Bacon Wrapped BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
  1. 4 Chicken Breasts
  2. Seasoning of Choice
  3. Applegate Organic Bacon
  4. Sugar-free BBQ Sauce
Instructions
  1. Cut each chicken breast into 4 tenderloins.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Wrap bacon around the chicken and place on baker's sheet
  4. Set oven at 350F and cook for 25 minutes
  5. Brush on Sugar Free BBQ sauce and place in oven for 20 more minutes
  6. Flip chicken around and place more sauce on the other side
  7. Place in oven for an additional 25 minutes.
