Fall Inspired Metal Embossed Ideas.  Fall is definitely here and we are all feeling the cooler days and the leaves changing. After this weekend, we will start preparing for Thanksgiving. Homemade Gifts are fun to make especially when it involves cooking, candles, and crafting.  With some creativity you can create some beautiful pieces to decorate your home and your handmade gift ideas.

I love cooking and gifting some of my recipes and so I wanted to create a simple accent for my Apple Butter Jar. To create this beautiful leaf, I stamped the leaf image onto the Dark Rich Chocolate Craft Metal Sheet, poured Gold Embossing Powder over the image, and heat set it.

Then, I went over the leaf with some different colored Gelatos and smeared them on the leaf to create this beautiful fall piece. You can even take these leaves and create it as a napkin holder ring to create some beautiful pieces that will be talked about at the Thanksgiving table this year. 

Love Candles

I love decorating my home with candles but it can get quite expensive.  I decided to solve this problem by purchasing this metal ring candle jar holder and decorating the outside of it for different holidays throughout the year.

I wanted to start off by creating a fall themed candle holder so I die cut some leaves in different craft metal sheet colors, went over the leaf with Gelatos, and then attached a small magnet to the back of each leaf. This allows me to change out the pieces throughout the holidays without the need of buying more candles.

I used fall colors here but you can also create some beautiful Christmas pieces using Ocean Blue, Princess Pink, Lovely Lavender, and Pucker Me Pink.  These beautiful non-traditional holiday colors would look beautiful as snowflakes.  Just purchase and silver finished candle holder. These are even great colors for Valentine’s Day!

This is definitely another favorite fall and Christmas idea I shared on the blog. We all know how easily drinking glasses can get confused when you have a house full of guests.
