Do You Have Some? Do You Need Some?

Do You Have Some? Do You Need Some? This morning I was talking to a friend on the phone and I realized something I hadn’t thought about in a long time “my health”.  In 2014, I worked hard at regaining my health but there was one area I had forgotten about.  For the past 2-3 weeks I have felt my energy level dropping to an all time low again.  Not only has this affected me at home but in my ability to work.  I have been lacking energy and inspiration to create.  Join me today as I share more about what is going on behind the scenes. In addition, if you need a boost of inspiration I have a fun technique to share with you.

Do You Have Some?

I want to begin by apologizing for not posting the second part to last week’s tutorial until today. Honestly, I have not had the energy to do anything but just sleep.  For weeks, I have been wondering what is wrong with me.  I have been wondering if the stress of changes we are facing has me feeling this way.  Am I just not knowing how to deal with it? How do I snap out of it?

When I spoke to my friend Cathy this morning she asked me, “Have you had your iron levels checked?”.  Oh my goodness!!! I forgot that I suffer from low iron levels and haven’t had my iron levels checked in a year.  I had my first Iron Infusion a year ago and shared my experience in THIS POST. It was an eye opening experience.

Thank God for friends who help remind me of these things. I will be scheduling blood tests this week so I can see where my levels are at and I am pretty sure I am overdue for an Iron Infusion.  Do You Have Some energy you can send my way? If you do, please send it to me and say a prayer that I will regain my strength.  Lots going on behind the scenes and I need strength.

Whatever you are facing today, please remember this: Look Back: Thank Him, Look Forward: Trust HimLook Around: Serve HimLook Up: He’s all You Need.
